POINT Biopharma Debuts as Publicly Traded Next-Generation Radiotherapeutics Company

(“POINT”), a company accelerating the discovery, development and global access to radiopharmaceuticals, today announced the completion of its business combination with Therapeutics Acquisition Corp., d/b/a Research Alliance Corp.
