Facedrive Inc. Announces Closing of Non-Brokered Private Placement

TORONTO -- Facedrive Inc. (“Facedrive” or the “Company”) (TSXV:FD) today announces that it has closed its third and final tranche of its non-brokered private placement for 99,174 common shares of the Company (the “Common Shares”) at a price of $9.00 per Common Share for aggregate gross proceeds of $892,566.
